This evening when I took two visitors from California for a walk through the Appleton Farms & Grass Rides in Ipswich, MA, one of them said, “this is paradise.” Perhaps it is—especially when home is a Los Angeles suburb. To me, the forested landscape of this 300 year old farm is sublime. Visit this place, and you too will discover a refuge lost in time.
